Jennifer was amazing to work with!! I contacted her about custom Christmas tags and she got them completed in less than a week! She showed me proofs prior to cutting and waited for my confirmation to make sure it was what I wanted. I just picked them up today and PICTURES DONT DO JUSTICE!! Such good quality!! I'm so glad I could help support her small business!!

I placed two orders for the name tree. The first order was perfect. The second tree came broken. We sent Jennifer pictures and she was wonderful. She sent pictures of the templates for my approval. She quickly redid the second tree and shipped it to us. It is beautiful!! Jennifer is a very kind and thoughtful person and a true pleasure to deal with. I know that she has a small business and lost money on this order. She never once complained. I hope to order from Willow Branch in the future and intend to recommend this company to friends and family. Don’t hesitate to order from this company!! You will not be sorry.

I placed an order 1 week before Christmas and was ready to cancel it for fear of not receiving it on time. Jennifer emailed me right away and said she would be preparing it quickly and would get it shipped the next day. Her level of customer service is something you don’t see often anymore.
